ABOUT ME

Hi! I’m Brittany, a leadership coach, business owner, and Licensed Professional Counselor with a passion for helping managers and leaders grow into confident, effective decision-makers.

Over the course of my career, I’ve built and led organizations from the ground up—most notably as the Owner, CEO, and Clinical Director of The ATT Center, an integrative mental health clinic I developed and scaled into a multi-provider practice. In this role, I’ve hired and trained teams, overseen operations, implemented new programs, and led both clinical and administrative staff—giving me firsthand experience in what it truly takes to lead people and run a successful organization.

My leadership experience extends beyond operations. I’ve spent years supervising clinicians, mentoring developing professionals, and guiding teams through growth, change, and challenges. From managing performance and navigating conflict to building strong workplace culture, I understand the complexities leaders face every day—because I’ve lived them.

In addition to my leadership roles, I’ve invested heavily in advanced leadership and coaching training, including becoming a Certified Executive Coach and completing specialized education in management, supervision, and high-performing teams. This allows me to combine real-world leadership experience with proven coaching strategies to support the leaders I work with.

Through Next Level Coaching WI, I help leaders strengthen their confidence, improve team dynamics, and lead with clarity and purpose. My approach is collaborative, practical, and grounded in real experience—not just theory. I understand the pressure, responsibility, and complexity of leadership, and my goal is to help you navigate it with confidence.
